This Privacy Policy explains how Henee collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Henee is a lightweight nail record and timeline archiving tool designed to help you save photos, styles, colors, elements, and dates for your manicure history. We respect your privacy and aim to keep data collection limited to what is needed to provide the app’s features.
By using Henee, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please review it carefully before using the app.
Henee does not use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing, if used for app functionality, is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
Any temporary processing data used during AI-related operations is deleted after processing is completed. We do not retain such temporary data for model development, analytics, or reuse.
User data is not used for AI training, model fine-tuning, or optimization of any external or third-party system.
Henee does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or any form of face template creation. The app is not designed to identify a person based on facial features or other biometric characteristics.
If a user uploads an image that happens to contain a face, we do not analyze it for identity, emotion, age, or other biometric attributes. Any temporary processing data is deleted after processing is finished.
Your information may be processed or stored in different regions depending on where our infrastructure is located or where service providers operate. This may involve transferring data across national borders.
When such transfers occur, we take steps intended to protect your information through contractual controls, security safeguards, and internal access restrictions consistent with this policy.
We use information only to operate and improve Henee’s core features, including creating nail records, showing timelines, enabling search and filters, saving user settings, and supporting purchases where applicable.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or targeted marketing. We do not sell user data, and we do not use user data for AI training or model optimization.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.

Information you provide: Photos you upload or capture, nail record details such as style, color, element tags, and date, as well as any settings or preferences you choose to save. If you contact support, we may also receive the information you include in your message.
Information collected automatically: Device and app-related information such as app version, operating system version, device model, crash logs, and basic diagnostic data needed to keep the app functioning properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: If Henee uses a web-based page, embedded web content, or related online services, cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic functionality, session management, or security. The app itself is designed to rely primarily on local storage for user records.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the app or through other appropriate means. Continued use of Henee after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Henee is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 17 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as reasonably possible.
Uploaded content: Photos and other uploaded content are deleted after processing unless the user chooses to keep them as part of a saved record in the app.
Generated results: The record information generated for your timeline is stored in your history and can be deleted by you at any time.
Temporary processing data: Any temporary processing data is deleted after completion of the relevant operation.
Crash logs: Crash reports and diagnostic logs may be retained for up to 12 months for troubleshooting and stability improvements.
Support messages: Messages sent to customer support may be retained for up to 6 months unless a longer period is required to resolve an issue or meet legal obligations.
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain records you choose to keep, resolve issues, comply with legal requirements, and support security operations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, secure server configurations, and limited internal access.
